Nelson to Host Senior Expo

HARRISBURG – Rep. Eric Nelson (R-Hempfield) today announced he will be hosting his annual Senior Expo on Thursday, May 16.

This free event is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Delmont Volunteer Fire Company, 2360 State Route 66, Delmont. It will feature a wide variety of vendors and exhibitors from local, state, federal and nonprofit organizations that can answer questions on health care, insurance, nutrition, personal safety and much more.

“Since I took office, I have hosted four Senior Expos,” Nelson said. “Each year, the event is a little different, and I always gain new information. If you have come before, I urge you to return, and if you have not had the opportunity to participate before, please do. The expansive amount of information for older residents and their caregivers make this a must attend event.”
